Though I’m not a HUGE fan of reading other writers’ scripts as a way of improving your own work, this is probably the premier place for screenplays online. It’s free and certainly worth a look.

For as long as it lasts (there are copyright issues involved) this is another good resource for A-list scripts. Very good commentary, too.
